Acceptance

By accessing webmaplecore.click or engaging Web Maple Core for database refactoring or query performance consulting, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of consultations, rates, and timelines are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written statement of work or equivalent email confirmation specifying scope, fees, and dates.

Accounts and site use

This website does not require user accounts. You may not misuse the site by attempting unauthorized access, overloading infrastructure, or scraping content for commercial reuse without permission.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and graphics originated by Web Maple Core, remains our property or that of our licensors. Deliverables created under a consulting engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in the applicable statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, migration scripts and reports produced for you may be used internally by your organization; public redistribution requires our written consent.

Client materials

Schema dumps, logs, and credentials you provide remain your property. You represent that you have authority to share them and that personal data has been minimized or anonymized where feasible. We use client materials only to perform the engagement and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and taxes

Fees follow the agreed quote. Informational rates on the Rates page may change. Applicable taxes under Taiwan law are added when required. Payment schedules appear in the statement of work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Maple Core is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the site or from consulting work. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a mandatory statute of Taiwan provides otherwise. We do not warrant that recommendations will achieve a specific performance metric on hardware or data volumes we could not measure.

Warranties

The website is provided “as is.” Consulting advice is based on information available at the time of the engagement. Production outcomes also depend on your staff, change control, and environments outside our control.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taipei shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if they apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
