Data we collect

  • Inquiry form data: name, email, optional consultation interest, scope notes, and message content
  • Correspondence: emails or call notes related to scoping and delivery
  • Technical logs: IP address, browser type, and basic request metadata when you visit the site

We do not ask for government ID numbers, payment card PAN data, or production database passwords through the public website form.

We process inquiry and engagement data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform a contract. Site security logs are processed for legitimate interests in operating a secure website. Analytics cookies run only with consent where consent is required.

Retention

Sharing

We use processors for email, hosting, and (if enabled) analytics. They may process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Taiwanese authorities or to defend legal claims.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we select providers that offer appropriate contractual safeguards and inform clients when engagement materials must leave Taiwan.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email info@webmaplecore.click. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

Children

The site and consulting services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
